1. How can I unsubscribe from Rapidooh?

There are 3 ways to stop the service: Via text/sms: You are able to opt-out at any time by sending 'STOP' to *43680. You will be unsubscribed immediately. Via e-mail: You are able to send an e-mail containing the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to feedback@miranetworks.net Via telephone help line: customers can call the live help line number: 086 110 6472 (toll free).

2. How can I sign up for Rapidooh?

When you’re surfing the internet you might come across one of the Rapidooh promotions, you may decide to try. Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize. If you have solved the puzzle/question, you will be asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After filling in your mobile phone number, you will receive a free Rapidooh confirmation message with a unique code. The moment you fill out this code on the designated website, you are officially in the race to win the prize.

3. What do I pay for the service?

When you are subscribed to Rapidooh you will be charged 3 times *R5.00 per week.

4. How do I play?

Each month the most original prizewinner is chosen. You can send your most original reason to: sa@rapidooh.com.

5. I did not know this was a subscription service?

All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service. Furthermore, after subscribing the customer receives a free of charge information message stating the costs of the service, frequency, information on how to opt-out and a link to the website address for more information on the service.

6. I did not subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?

We do not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember subscribing to the service. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.

7. My under aged child has subscribed to the service?

We understand this is an unpleasant situation. To unsubscribe your child from our service directly, send a text message stating 'STOP' to *43680. For other methods of unsubscribing, see question 1.

8. How do I know that I have won a prize?

Winners will be contacted within 10 business days after the Rapidooh promotion has ended, by one of our employees.
